How long does the job take?

What type of paint do you use and is there a guarantee?

We have never painted our house and we have no idea of the price to paint our house. Should we paint our siding or replace it?

Will the detergents you use to pressure wash our house cause harm to our plants or animals?

No. We always water down the vegetation to ensure nothing gets harmed in the pressure washing procedure. We’ve pressure washed thousands of homes and we would not be in business if we killed plants. We guarantee nothing will be harmed.

How long will the paint job last?

The paint should not peel or blister for at least 15 years. The paint warranties guarantees no chalking or fading for 25 years.

Can you remove the little black dots on our siding?

Sometimes. The dots are called shotgun mold which is a fungus that forms in mulch beds. If caught early it can be removed with pressure. In many cases the mold has been on the siding too long and only some can be removed.  The mold spores are as tough as glue and once left unattended on siding it will bond to it. However, We will do our best to remove the shotgun mold.

When you spray our house will there be overspray?

Yes, there will be overspray but we make sure none of it finds its way where it’s not supposed to be. We take great care in masking off all windows and laying our drops on your vegetation and roof. In all the houses we have painted overspray has never been an issue. That’s why it’s so important to choose a qualified painting contractor to paint your house because not every painter is as care with your hose as we are.

How long does the job take?

Pressure Washing takes at the most one day and most of the times takes half a day.
Painting depends on how large the job is. We never leave a job half way through. Once we start the job we will be on the job until our customers are totally happy. This process can take one day and rarely exceeds a week.

What type of paint do you use and is there a guarantee?

We always use Sherwin William’s Super paint or Duration, unless a customer prefers a different brand of paint.  We use these paints because it has a 25 year guarantee to not fade or chalk. We offer a 10 year guarantee your paint will not peel or blister and if it does we will repaint the side it is peeling or chipping.  However, we have never had to do this.

We have never painted our house and we have no idea of the price to paint our house. Should we paint our siding or replace it.

The amount to paint your house varies on the type of siding and the condition of your siding. However, painting your wood or aluminum siding is a fraction of the cost it would take to totally replace your siding. Painting your siding is only about 10-20% of the cost to replace your siding. For example, Joe Homeowner received an estimate to remove his aluminum siding and install vinyl siding for a cost of $15,000. Noble Services will paint the aluminum siding making it look brand new for a cost of $2,000. Painting your house will give it protection and a new look for years to come. Remember once you pick vinyl siding your stuck with that color (sometimes you can paint vinyl) and vinyl siding can fade over time too.
